The Project Management - Lean Process Certified course training and certification test are done 100% online, allowing you to train when it is convenient for you. Frequently asked questions: Are There Prerequisites?No.  Unlike other popular PM certifications, the Management and Strategy Institute does not require a college degree or experience hours for our certification.  Our training material includes all of the information you will need to pass the test.  Previous experience in project management or Lean principles could be useful, but are not required. Is the Project Management Certification Test Difficult? This test is designed to ensure that you can function at a competent level within a Lean Project Management environment. No, the test for our project management course is not proctored at this time.  It is timed, with a limit of 120 minutes.  You may take the test online, from home or work whenever you are ready.
