Are There Prerequisites?
No.  Unlike other popular PM certifications, the Management and Strategy Institute does not require a college degree or experience hours for our certification.  Our training material includes all of the information you will need to pass the test.  Previous experience in project management or Lean principles could be useful, but are not required.

Is the Project Management Certification Test Difficult?
This test is designed to ensure that you can function at a competent level within a Lean Project Management environment. It will be very important that you study the training material included to ensure that you have a solid understanding of the principals involved.  The test is open-note, however it is also timed, so you will not be able to look up answers to questions while taking the test.  If you are an experienced project manager you should be able to move through the training material faster.  If you do not pass the test on the first attempt you will be given two additional attempts at no charge.

How in-depth is the training?

How long is the training course?
The training course is self-paced. Time to complete and fully comprehend will vary with every individual. It may take several days or weeks of study before you feel comfortable to take the final test. You may take the final exam as soon as you're ready. You have 1 year from the date of purchase to complete the course..

Is the test proctored?
No, the test for our project management course is not proctored at this time.  It is timed, with a limit of 120 minutes.  You may take the test online, from home or work whenever you are ready.

Professional Competency Units (PCU):
Participants who successfully complete this certificate  program will receive 20 Professional Competency Units  (PCUs) from MSI.

What will I receive after I pass the test?
You will be mailed a Certificate Of Completion, as well as a letter of congratulations and two copies of our training verification letters which you
